HOW DO YOU MAKE YOUR MUGS?

We use a process called Dye Sublimation printing, whereby full colour images, text and other graphics can be transferred into a receptive item. The process relies on a specialised ‘dye sublimation’ ink, which when heated changes from being a solid dye to being a gas, without passing through a liquid stage. Taking this a step further, if this gas encounters polymer fibres as it moves, it will penetrate those fibres, permanently dyeing them.

 

We print on high quality, white ceramic mugs that are highly durable and dishwasher-safe. Our polyester T-shirts, bags and blankets are of the highest of quality and are machine-washable. The result is a premium full colour, photographic quality image that will not crack, peel or wash away.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the personalised nature of these products, we do not accept any returns. We exercise the highest level of quality control for our designs and products before dispatching them. However, if you are unhappy with the designs or mugs for any reason, please contact us and we will try our best try to rectify it. 
We take the utmost care in packaging our products for delivery. In the event of any breakages as a result of careless delivery, we will issue a free replacement following photographic evidence.

In any case, please contact us as soon as possible or within 14 days of receiving your goods if you require a replacement.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Unless stated explicitly in the item description, there is a maximum of 72-hour lead time for production of all personalised items. All items will be posted via Royal Mail First Class, which usually takes between 1-2 business days for mainland UK. This may take longer during peak holiday times. Please allow 5 business days before contacting us about missing orders.
Should you require an urgent delivery, please contact us to discuss lead time and we are happy to post the products to you using Next Day Delivery for an extra cost.

If you are local to Sevenoaks (Kent), you could opt for a local collection instead from our premises in Central Sevenoaks. To do this, simply select collection instead of delivery at checkout.

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM?

Absolutely! The costs will depend on the weight of your items. Please contact us at joy@eatprayprint.co.uk to discuss costs prior to ordering.
